Delivery

Our courier deliveries are made Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) and deliver Australia wide. We cannot provide you with the exact time and day of delivery but can provide tracking details or confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Due to COVID-19 – delivery company’s throughout Australia may experience some delays in delivering orders – please be mindful of this and allow a couple of days extra for delays when placing an order. We recommend express post if you are wanting an order to be delivered in a timely manner.

All of our orders sent out for delivery include ‘signature required’ and if nobody home/available to receive the delivery, it will be sent to local post office for collection – this is to reduce the risk of orders being stolen. However, if you prefer your order to be left in a safe area if no one is available to receive the delivery, please make sure you add clear instructions to notes during checking out. Orders made by 3pm will be dispatched next business day. Orders that include personalisation on gift boxes may take 1-2 days to be dispatched. Feel free to contact us with any enquiries. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent out on Monday.

We offer free local delivery to the following suburbs:

All orders come with a free card to write. Please ensure you select upon check out.

Weekend Delivers

Our courier company does not delivery on weekends. We may be able to hand deliver your order which an appointment would need to be made and is subject to availability (Melbourne Metro Only). Please contact us with any enquiries.

Pick Up

Curb side pickup of orders is available by appointment only (Monday – Sunday) and subject to availability. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email or text message and an appointment will be booked in at a mutually agreed day and time. Pick up is from Wollert, Vic, 3750.
